Style Guide
Style Your Home Like a Stager
The exact room-by-room rules we use on every project — follow them yourself before photography day, or hand the whole job to us.

Living Room
One Sofa, One Story
- Float the sofa toward the light — never push every seat against the walls.
- Three cushions maximum, in two tones pulled from one rug.
- Clear every surface except a book stack and one sculptural object.
- Hide cables and remotes before every viewing, not just photography.
Bedroom
Calm Sells Sleep
- White or oatmeal bedding, plumped and folded in thirds at the foot.
- Matching bedside lamps on both sides — symmetry reads as restful.
- Halve wardrobe contents so storage feels generous when opened.
- One warm accent wall at most; keep the rest soft and neutral.
Light & Colour
Layer Light, Warm Everything
- Three small warm sources beat one bright ceiling light in every room.
- Match every bulb to warm white so photos feel consistent.
- Base palette: oatmeal, clay, soft stone — one deliberate accent per home.
- Switch on all lamps and open all blinds before the photographer arrives.
